HR Coordinator-Shared Services responsibilities:
• Support compliance and cost effectiveness of programs across company NAFTA HR. Assist with current processes and improvement of NAFTA policies. Contribute in areas of Relocation, Immigration and Talent Acquisition.
• Collaborate with Internal Customers including HR, Legal, as well as company Vendors.
• Assist in developing presentation materials.
• Build process maps for service related functions. Identify and report KPI’s for services within the department.
• Ability to review and interpret statistical data from various sources.
• Attend regular meetings with management regarding benchmarking and reporting on individual entity policies, activity, and costs.
• Resolve issues between vendors and employees. Escalate issues to the appropriate manager for resolution and provide guidance on best practices and policy.
Skills/Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources • Strong analytical skills • Experience in developing PowerPoint presentations • Experience in Immigration, Recruiting, and Relocation strongly preferred • Proven ability to work with data, strong Excel skills including knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, V look up etc.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems, PeopleSoft, Workday experience preferred • Previous experience supporting a large global company preferred
