Precision Imaging Centers are growing in Florida. Come grow your career with us! We are now hiring a full-time Front Desk Representative at our Mandarin location in Jacksonville FL. Must be able to work from 7am to 7pm Monday through Wednesday. This position will be a hybrid role. You will be cross trained on the phones in our call center Scheduling Department.

Front Desk or Patient Service Representatives play a pivotal role in ensuring a hospitable and comforting environment for patients while efficiently managing administrative tasks associated with radiographic procedures. They offer courteous assistance to patients and physician offices, emphasizing patient satisfaction and creating a relaxing atmosphere.

Demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making skills, especially in patient interactions.

Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with patients, physicians, colleagues, and management, fostering a welcoming environment.

Accurate and concise documentation skills, ensuring patient information is handled with care.

Proficiency in phone and computer systems, utilizing technology to streamline patient services.

Maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity in handling patient information, adhering to HIPAA regulations and OSHA standards.

Strong organizational abilities to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks, all while prioritizing patient well-being.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a medical receptionist, welcoming patients with warmth and hospitality.

Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department with a courteous demeanor.

Personally greet patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.

Optimize patient satisfaction by anticipating and addressing their needs promptly.

Register incoming patients efficiently and accurately, ensuring their medical insurance information is up to date.

Keep forms updated as needed to streamline administrative processes.

Schedule appointments with consideration for patient convenience and clinic efficiency.

Process patient payments with care and accuracy.

Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive patient information at all times.

Fulfill any additional duties as assigned, always with a focus on patient well-being.

Job Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Prior experience in a medical office environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Other Skills: Proficient communication, recording, and documentation skills, with a talent for telephone etiquette. Capable of working efficiently under pressure while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
