Location: This position can either work a few days a week out of our office in Herndon, VA or be fully remote. Must be located on the East Coast.
What you'll do:
Social media management -
Create company-related LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit posts to deliver brand awareness for organic and paid social campaigns
Serve as community manager, support monitoring of company channels and follower engagement
Help with creation and re-sizing of visual content for various social channels and campaigns
Create and manage content calendars; identify opportunities to insert company-related content into existing social conversations, trends, and key moments in time
Track and report on key performance metrics
Perform other related duties as needed
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate, accredited college or university
Pursuing a degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
A deep love of all thing's social media, and experience with social media marketing
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with design platforms such as Photoshop or Canva
Excellent time management and organizational skills
