JOB SUMMARY – Guest Services Specialist: The Guest Service Specialist will be responsible for receiving inbound calls, occasionally facilitating outbound calls as a part of the Lagoons Concierge Center. You will assist with guest reservations, provide general information, facilitate tickets, rental, and activities sales while exhibiting exceptional customer service skills and promote a positive attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Provide excellent customer service.

Sell lagoon tickets, rental products, umbrella services and activities over the phone.

Assist with guest reservations

Ensure guests are fully informed with clear and accurate information

Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services

Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Assist guests with any questions or concerns, ensuring all guest questions and concerns are addressed within a timely manner

Other duties as assigned, including assisting in other departments.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards..

Demonstrate the utmost integrity in all professional and personal matters.

QUALIFICATIONS:

HS diploma or Equivalent required.

1 year of call center experience preferred.

Bilingual is a plus

Basic to intermediate computer skills,

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

The ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and propose solutions.

Effective time management skills to handle a high volume of inquiries and prioritize tasks.

Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and information processing

Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.

Must be available to work mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Must be able to commute to office in Tampa, FL 33602
