Job Description

We are looking for a skilled accountant to play a key role in our growing team. You’ll be responsible for recording all our financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, and posting information to Appfolio property management software. $40,000Responsibilities:

Perform bookkeeping duties: Maintain data on financial statements

Ensure all books reconcile with bank statements and prepare financial statements

Manage payroll duties to ensure employees are paid on time

Make sure accounts receivable/payable are complete

Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting processQualifications:

Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills

Exceptional knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and basic accounting systems

Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field

2+ years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a bookkeeper, cost accountant, management accountant, or similar positionAbout Company
