As a Fulfillment Team Member (Lead) you will be responsible for overseeing the picking and packing of orders and ensuring that the fulfillment process runs smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee all shipping activities, including order processing, fulfillment, inventory, and shipping preparation

Work using our WMS (Warehouse Management System) to optimize warehouse and fulfillment operations

Ship domestically and internationally, following all international guidelines and laws

Provide training and support to the team as needed to meet the shipping goals and standards

Communicate goals and expectations to individuals and teams on tasks

Continually find ways to improve processes

Ensuring accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping of orders

Participating in other support functions as needed

WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS

Full-time: 6:30 am-3:00 pm, Monday-Friday onsite at our West Sacramento warehouse

Pay starts at $21.00/hr

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES

Able to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing

Able to learn new processes quickly and reliably follow directions

Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers

Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Able to reliably utilize hands for repetitive physical tasks

Self-starter; able to work both on a team and independently

Strong computer literacy skills

Reliable transportation to and from work

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School graduate or equivalent preferred

Previous fulfillment or picking/packing experience a plus

Proficient computer skills and experience with Shipstation, Google Suite, or Microsoft Office products are a plus
