Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Change-Out Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Change-Out Technician, you will play a crucial role in our commercial service division by executing commercial HVAC system replacements and upgrades with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Perform HVAC system replacements and upgrades in commercial settings.

Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot issues that arise during the change-out process and implement effective solutions to ensure smooth installations.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and complete necessary paperwork with company issued tablet.

Communicate effectively with clients and other team members to provide project updates, address any concerns or questions, and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, specifically in change-out/system replacement projects. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, and must have proficiency in brazing and soldering.

Proficiency in electrical wiring related to HVAC systems, including low-voltage controls, high-voltage connections, and wiring of components.

Universal EPA Certification required.

Ability to lift up to 85 pounds and work in various weather conditions. Must be physically fit and able to perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, climbing, and working at heights of 6ft or more.

Effective communication skills to interact with clients and teammates.

Must possess a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Must pass a drug screen and background check.
