Job Title: Data Collector

Job Summary:

Elevate your career as a Junior Inventory/Cataloging Specialist with a pivotal role at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). You'll be a critical part of the mission to make declassification decisions regarding DIA records, both physical and electronic.

Responsibilities Include:

Providing a per document inventory of records

Current record holdings volume is approximately 3000 sq ft of documents (classified and unclassified)

Developing and accurately documenting each record description, attributes, and metadata for eventual incorporation into a DIA document finding tool

Performing data entry of inventories with Microsoft Office Automation tools (i.e., Excel, SharePoint)

Updating cataloging database systems with inventory descriptors and metadata/ keywords

Required Qualifications and Skills:

TS/SCI clearance with CI poly

At least one year of relevant experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Automation tools

The physical ability to lift boxes weighing approximately 25 pounds

Work Setting and Environment:

Monday - Friday, normal business hours

Work is to be performed at government facilities in Washington, DC and Landover, MD

Travel throughout the greater DC area
