Role Summary:

As an Entry Level Financial Advisor/Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals and families in navigating their financial planning needs. This position offers flexibility, with part-time and full-time options available, and provides the opportunity for significant financial growth through commissions, bonuses, residual income, and stock opportunities. Success in this role hinges on your ability to provide excellent customer service, cultivate strong relationships, and effectively communicate financial solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills in interactions with clients.

- Participate in meetings, seminars, and training programs to expand knowledge of financial products and services.

- Build and maintain a network of potential customers, leveraging your entrepreneurial mindset to drive business growth.

- Educate clients on various insurance coverage options and make personalized recommendations based on their individual needs.

- Assess existing insurance policies and offer additional coverage options as appropriate, ensuring comprehensive protection for clients.

- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in managing all insurance documents and client information.

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years of age or older (Federal Requirement).

- Must pass a background check.

- Self-disciplined and trustworthy, with a strong sense of motivation.

- Sales experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.

- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Demonstrate strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a flexible environment.

- Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

- Goal-oriented with the ability to develop, manage, and drive growth.
