Monitoring of Multi Skilled Technician Plantilla & Construction

Scoring & monitoring of on time completion of MST Job orders (Job Order Management)

Conduct daily status inspection and reporting of works, manpower, and equipment.

Assist the project assigned for the proper implementation and execution of works during actual construction.

Provide accurate coordination of works and materials required during the ongoing construction of the project.

Coordination with other professions involved in construction projects including Gen. Contractors professionals.

Ensures project completion in accordance with timelines, budget, quality, and safety standards.

Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction.

Prepare weekly / monthly performance status reports including actual cost per project.

Keeping a record of files properly.

Job Qualifications:

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field id required for this position.

In-depth understanding of construction procedures (major & minor), materials, and project management principles.

Excellent knowledge in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) & Cost Estimation. Ability to work on tight deadlines.

Ability to work under pressure.

Required skills: MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint.

Must be knowledgeable with the National Building Code, Fire Code of the Phil., Plumbing Code, Electrical Code, and Accessibility Code of the Phil., and their application.

Good knowledge of Autocad, Sketch-up and other software programs.

Knowledge of understanding interior plans and drawings.
