JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

ü Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or a related field.

ü 2- 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of project management success.

ü Strong leadership and team management skills.

ü Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

ü Proficiency in project management software and tools.

ü In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.

ü Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

ü Ability to analyze and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

ü Budgeting and financial management skills.

ü Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) are a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Project Planning and Initiation:

ü Develop project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.

ü Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges.

Team Leadership and Management:

ü Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members.

Budgeting and Financial Management:

ü Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficiency.

ü Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Scheduling and Resource Allocation:

ü Create project schedules and timelines, ensuring alignment with project goals.

ü Allocate resources efficiently and effectively.

ü Monitor progress and make adjustments to ensure project milestones are met.

Quality Control:

ü Establish and enforce quality standards for construction work.

ü Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks.

ü Implement corrective actions to address deviations from standards.
