The Position
Business support specialist
Responsibilities:
Coordination and support of Marketing and Medical events
Administrative support for Diagnostic team (travel)
Working with regulatory requirements, permits, ensuring compliance of documents with internal policies and rules
Working with complex (exceptional, unique) requests (NordicQC, Quality Control) - sending requests to the necessary departments (legal, procurement, finance, compliance, etc.), processing their responses, communication with organizations (local and international)
Business communication with suppliers and organizations in English and Russian
Invoices, payments, agreements tracking (SAP, Concur, T&E services)
Support with event management for Kick off and Cycle meetings
Requirements:
Experience working with admin part in a fast-paced environment
Quick thinking with a proactive nature focused on delivering positive outcomes
Active listener and curious mind-set; looking to learn and understand the ‘why’
Self-directed, self-motivated, and confident in taking ownership of responsibilities.
Understanding of working in a commercially sensitive environment.
Work collaboratively, with a willingness to help and take on responsibilities
Experience in pharmaceutical companies will be an advantage;
Proficient in English and Russian language.
