Loan Business Manager

Responsibilities:

Explore new business opportunities to drive the business revenue and achieve sales target.

Conduct market research and analysis and formulate business development strategies.

Formulate, develop, and improve the loan products to enhance the customer experience, business profitability and overall efficiency.

Ensure the credit activities are conducted in accordance with internal polices and regulatory.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Finance or related disciplines.

At least 4 years of experiences in personal loan or mortgage loan industry.

Solid knowledge on loan products and related regulatory requirements.

Experience in using MS Word, Excel.

Strong analytical skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Work with Finance Manager and Credit Risk Control.
