How you make a difference:

As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to the Hospital Administrator by managing minor and routine business details in a highly confidential manner. Your responsibilities include organizing office operations and performing administrative support work that requires a range of work methods and procedures. You must be familiar with the policies, practices, and procedures of the facility to effectively carry out your duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support by maintaining files, handling correspondence and reports, and completing required paperwork.

Serves as a secretary for meetings, including taking minutes and keeping records.

Manages mailings and distributions within the facility and community.

Handles scheduling and calendar management.

Prepares and manages documentation and materials for meetings and tracks staff timesheets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

College level courses preferred

Experience

Five (5) years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, two of which must have been in support of upper management in the private sector or private/public partnerships.
