A top-level Lead Service Technician efficiently manages all service callouts, providing high-quality service and maintenance for any job size.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer callouts and field dispatches
Meet with the client to greet them and explain the services you will be providing
Ensure the client signs the Terms and Conditions before work begins
Conduct routine equipment servicing out in the field
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures
Install and test new equipment
Provide preventive equipment maintenance
Provide technical training on new equipment installations
Maintain equipment stock in the company vehicle
Complete job reportsQualifications
High school diploma or GED
Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule
Excellent time management skills
