Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to join their team. Join our team as a Principal Electrical Engineer and play a pivotal role in developing next-generation medical devices for clients. You'll collaborate with talented cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise to design innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Own the development and optimization of printed circuit boards, ensuring functionality, performance, and manufacturability.

Partner with RF, mechanical, and software engineers to bring groundbreaking medical devices to life.

Tackle intricate system-level issues, implementing solutions through integration, troubleshooting, and debugging.

Navigate the requirements of highly regulated industries, ensuring compliance with medical device standards.

Apply your knowledge of low-power circuit design, analog ICs, and embedded systems to create cutting-edge solutions.

Utilize tools like Cadence Suite, PSPICE, and others to optimize performance and validate designs.

Leverage hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Employ your C, C++, or C# skills to develop automated electrical tests, streamlining development processes (a plus!).

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).

8-15 years of experience in electrical circuit design, encompassing system bring-up, integration, and debug.

Proficient in Altium for board layout and schematic capture.

Proven track record in highly regulated industries like medical devices, aerospace, or automotive.

Strong understanding of low-power circuit design, analog ICs, and embedded systems.

Familiarity with simulation tools like Cadence Suite and PSPICE.

Hands-on experience with debugging equipment.
