Job Description and Details:

Develop and implement personalized learning plans that align with each student's unique strengths and challenges

Provide engaging and innovative instruction across a range of subjects and age groups

Collaborate closely with a team of teachers, administrators, and paraprofessionals to ensure a positive learning environment

Build strong relationships with students, parents, and caregivers to cultivate a supportive learning environment

Interview Process:

Step 1: Initial Screening Call

A quick 10-15 minute call with a ProCare Therapy representative to assess your fit for the position.

Step 2: In-Depth Zoom Interviews

If you pass the screening, you'll be invited to a 30-minute Zoom interview with a school district representative.

Step 3: Decision and Offer

Expect a response from ProCare Therapy within 24-48 hours of your Zoom interview. If selected, you'll receive an official offer outlining the employment terms.
