The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting industry leading Titleist golf club and ball fittings using established Titleist fitting methodologies.

Particular emphasis will be placed on delivering a market leading consumer experience for golfers of all skill levels, including top Amateurs and Tour Professionals, by optimizing the performance of their golf equipment throughout the bag.

Key responsibilities include delivering industry-leading fitting advice, product knowledge and customer service to enhance golfers’ performance and increase their loyalty to our brand.

Optimize golfers’ performance with Titleist golf equipment, utilizing Titleist fitting tools and Trackman launch monitor technology during scheduled consumer fitting appointments Convey factual product information and technical club fitting language in such a way that makes complex topics easy for golfers and other stakeholders to understand Maintain the fitting appointment schedule, fitting data collection and the physical appearance of the Titleist National Fitting Centre The qualified candidate will possess a post-secondary education or equivalent, however, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Additional qualifications include a minimum of two years’ club fitting experience, exceptional interpersonal, organization and time management skills, plus a superior technical knowledge of golf equipment.

PGA of Canada Professionals with Titleist Performance Institute accreditations preferred.
