A Team Member is responsible for being an ambassador for Libby Lou's–someone who can embrace our culture of fun, loves talking to guests, has a focus on quality and cleanliness, and can be a part of a fast-paced team environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EXPERIENCE: No experience necessary, a great first-time job! Must be at least 16 years of age.

MATH & LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must be able to perform basic math, and count cash for register transactions. Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions in the use of equipment, methods, processes, and procedures.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The job may require you to be able to lift up to 40 lbs, have the flexibility and strength to load supplies and equipment (around the store and in/out of vehicles), and be able to stand on feet for prolonged periods of time (4+ hours). Capable of scooping hard ice cream on a repetitive basis.

SEASONAL, PART TIME EMPLOYMENT: Varied schedule including mornings/nights/weekends/holidays (closed Easter, Thanksgiving & Christmas).
