Your future team

We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our procurement team and support Group Operation and Technology Master Data Team as well as Group Sourcing and Procurement Tools Team.

What you will be doing

Data collection, compilation of information and monitoring changes in our systems,

Queries and reports preparation from source systems,

Data analysis,

Data Quality enhancements,

Preparing and driving tasks assigned from GOT MD Team and GSP Tools Team,

Support of GOT MD Team and GSP Tools Team, including presentation preparation and documents revision,

Key contact for suppliers in supporting compliance activity

What you bring

You are currently a student studying in a University, and has interest working with data cleansing

Fluency in English and Polish

Availability around 30h/week

Interest in a global career within procurement

You are highly driven, flexible and appreciate the empowerment

Structured working style, attention to details, and analytical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with SAP and SharePoint is an advantage, but not required
