Sugar Factory New York (Times Square) is currently seeking experienced, talented, team-oriented, Management superstars for GM and Lead Chef. These roles are responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience and developing staff to achieve company goals along with meeting operational needs.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all operations FOH/BOH

Oversee day to day operations and resolve issues

Ensure a high quality of service, satisfaction, food quality, ingredients and food preparation

Train and manage personnel

Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs

Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or other related fields

Strong leadership qualities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and communication skills
