We have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer. Now is your chance to be the HVAC Lead Installer at Intelligent Design. We are looking for a self-starting individual with an HVAC field background who can deliver the exceptional customer experience we strive for on every unit installation. Requirements:

Proven HVAC industry field experience with favorable recommendations from previous employers.

Skills in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment.

English language proficiency.

Ability to utilize mobile tools and applications.

Flexibility to work different shirts and adapt to alternating work schedules.

Responsibilities:

Providing customer support and service during field visits and dispatches.

Managing an efficient workflow within a dedicated schedule.

Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.

Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions

Producing service reports in a timely, detailed fashion

Documenting processes.

Operating a vehicle in a safe manner and using field automation systems.

Following all established company procedures and protocols.

Cooperating with our technical team and sharing information across the organization.

Comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations.

Building positive relationships with customers.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
