Involve appropriate parties in the assessment, treatment, and continuing care of the patient as needed

Assess patients conditions

Develop comprehensive care plans

Educate patients on their conditions

Provide community resources as needed

Prepares and labels laboratory specimens for submission to appropriate laboratory

Utilized knowledge of disease process to establish realistic goals patient and significant others

Care for children when they are hurt or do not feel well

React to emergency situations as they arise

Track medical of children and their families
