Our F45 family is looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and charismatic Head Trainer/Studio Manager for our Ashburn, Virginia location. F45 Coaches play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member providing the ultimate F45 experience. As an F45 Head Trainer & Studio Manager, you will work with our Performance Manager to oversee a team of part-time trainers as well as run group training sessions, assess member fitness levels, build a community that keeps our members coming back every day and promote the F45 brand throughout our market area.
Member & Trialer Experience
Provide the ultimate F45 Training experience during class
Coach 15 classes per week
Ensure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated and encouraged
Build a strong relationship with members and trialers, and respond immediately to their requests, inquiries, and concerns
Conduct in person studio tours, goal-oriented consultations, and fitness evaluations with members & trialers
Plan and execute community engagement events
Staff Management
Manage part-time personal trainers in accordance with F45 Training methods
Promote a culture amongst trainers and members characterized as professional, inclusive, encouraging, goal-oriented and fun
Create class and trainer schedules
Plan and implement regular staff meetings
Evaluate part-time trainers' job performance
Work closely with F45 coaches to ensure that processes are fulfilled
Studio & Sales Management
Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators, including membership sales/renewals, maximizing workout traffic and maintaining premium customer service levels
Work with the Performance Manager on setting monthly, weekly, and daily targets for meeting sales goals
Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/member care calls
Follow up and follow through on all sales activities with prospective members
Leverage LoyalSnap and Mindbody to contact leads, convert to trialers, with the ultimate goal of securing new members each month
Create and manage a clean, organized, energetic, fun studio
Ensure the studio is impeccable at all times
Proper onboarding of all F45 members
Education and Experience:
3+ years of personal training experience (preferred)
1 year of group training experience (preferred)
Studio management experience is a plus
Must hold a Certificate of Personal Training (CPT) through a nationally recognized organization (AFAA, ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, etc.) as well as a current valid First Aid/AED Certificate

Requirements:
Understanding of functional movements, HIIT, heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and participate in classes for extended period of time
Must be able to safely lift up to 65 lbs.
Must be able to pass F45 trainer on-boarding orientation
Social media platform management with verifiable experience in maintaining Instagram and Facebook accounts
Use of MindBody and LoyalSnap
Hours Per Week:
40 hours per week will vary depending on assigned class times, scheduled meetings and timing of community events. This includes coaching 15 classes per week.
This role is not a standard 9 am – 5 pm role and does require some early morning, evening, weekend and holiday availability
