Accounting Associate

Job Description

Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 a year

What we are looking for:

Synaptic Management is looking for a full-time Accounting Associate to join our Accounting & Finance team to oversee the accounting responsibilities for two partnering companies.

We cater to industries such as solar energy, healthcare, flooring, and many more! We are located in Richardson, TX.

General Responsibilities:

Processing and overseeing payroll

Invoice processing

Preparing accounting forms and reports

Compiling and reconciling statements

Complying with federal, state, and local laws and regulations

Assisting with tax filings, accounts receivables, and accounts payables

Prepping 1099s and processing payments

Other tasks as required

General Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred

At least two years of accounting experience

Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices

Working knowledge of relevant state, federal, and local regulations

Proficiency in Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is an in-office role and may require minimal traveling to our locations around DFW.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday. 9 AM to 5 PM.

Compensation:

The starting pay for this role is $55,000 to $60,000 a year, depending on experience. This is a salaried role. Weekly pay every Friday.
