Coating Machine Operator: Dixon, Illinois

Our customer in Dixon, Illinois is a worldwide manufacturer that values trust, teamwork, and innovation. They are looking for an ambitious individual to join their team in the coating department. As a Coating Machine Operator, you will be responsible for programming the machine per product specifications, loading, and unloading reels, and monitoring the quality of the finished product.

Responsibilities of the Coating Machine Operator:

Loading and unloading laminate reels.

Operating the coating machine and recording transactions.

Monitoring quality to ensure finished products are up to standards.

Reporting any issues to keep processes running efficiently.

Coordinating with supervisor and other departments to continuously improve workflow.

Requirements and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an industrial setting.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to read a tape measure.

Basic computer skills.

Pay: $19.04/hour

Type: Swing Shifts, Full-time

Schedule: Rotating 8- & 12-hour swing shifts (6am-2pm, 6am-6pm, 2pm-10pm, 6pm-6am, 10pm-6am).
