Details:

Hybrid - Bethesda, MD

1 day a week onsite

6 month contract to hire

$75-82/hr

Converting to 150-165k/yr

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end program management for complex technical initiatives, from conceptualization to delivery.

Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessment.

Work closely with engineering, product, design, and other departments to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Manage project dependencies, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and engaged.

Drive agile methodologies and foster an environment of continuous improvement.

Monitor and report on project progress, key performance indicators, and milestones to leadership.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior program managers or team members.
