The Opportunity

We are seeking licensed Mental Health Clinicians (Psychologists, Licensed Social Workers, Psychotherapists) to add to our global network of service providers who provide short-term counseling support and other services to the employees of our client organizations.

The Skills and Experience You’ll Need:

At least 10 years of clinical mental health experience

Current licensure as a clinical mental health provider where licensure exists

A Master's or Doctorate-level degree in a mental health or human services discipline

Experience and comfort working with clients using a short-term model

Strong experience and background in staff care and resilience

Experience with international populations, high-risk locations, or high-risk functions is a strong plus

Experience living and working in development/humanitarian contexts

Experience supporting individuals and organizations in the aftermath of critical incidents

Fluency in two or more languages (French, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, Somali, Vietnamese, Dari, Pashto or Aramaic a strong plus)
