Location: Springfield, VA

Worksite: on-site

Position: Full-time

Schedule: Mon - Fri

Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Duties/Requirements:

Duplicating Machine Operator Shall:

operates one or more photocopying, photographic, mimeograph and duplicating office machines to make copies of documents.

operating small binding machines, performing clerical duties associated with the request for printing services, preparing assembly sheets, printing requisitions with specifications for printing and binding, recording, delivering and collecting work.

perform minor repairs preventive maintenance and maintain an inventory of supplies and reproduction equipment.

be physically able to perform the assigned work which includes lifting boxes of paper frequently weighing up to seventy-five (75) pounds.

Insert material to be copied in document folder, and files folder for processing according to index code and copying priority schedule.

possess general knowledge of an office environment.

Experience:

minimum of three years general office experience.

minimum of one-year specialized experience as a duplicating / photocopying machine operator.

minimum of one-year specialized experience using the Windows Operating System environment and word processing software such as, MSWord, Excel, etc.

Education/Certification:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Shall be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Requirement: Sensitive but unclassified security clearance.
