Order Fulfillment - Will Call

Job Description

Position Summary:

Responsible for accurately and safely filling Will Call orders throughout the day. Safely packs and tags customer orders in an organized fashion. Stocks the showroom and assists with cleanup at the end of the day.

Essential Functions:

• Picks, packs, and tags Will Call orders.

• Loads product onto customer vehicles.

• Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives and contributes to continuous quality improvement objectives.

• May operate an order picker, pallet jack, or forklift to locate supplies and equipment; may operate a shrink wrap machine.

• Perform all aspects of fabrication, including but not limited to cutting, threading, and grooving pipe/tube up to 12” diameter.

• Assist in End-of-Day duties, including but not limited to, Will Call clean up, loading dock maintenance, and stocking the showroom.

• Adheres to all Company safety rules, standards, and guidelines.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Requires the ability to effectively build rapport with both internal and external customers.

• Requires a positive attitude and ability to function both independently and in a team setting.

• Must possess strong mathematical aptitude.

• Must be able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage time effectively.

• Must be able to communicate in English regarding the essential functions of the position.

Required Experience and Education:

• High school diploma or GED.

• One year of prior warehouse experience.

• Previous forklift experience.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull 50 lbs.

• Requires visual, hearing, and speech acuity.

• Requires the ability to stand and walk long distances for extended periods of time.

• Exposure to extreme temperatures and elements, noise, and fumes.
