FRONT DESK
JOB SUMMARY
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The front desk will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate internal team, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, as well as additional clerical duties. This position manages the flow of the office – from the lobby to the account managers and their interviews. This person must be organized and efficient.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate internal team member. Will transfer a caller to the recruiter’s voice mailbox when the recruiter is unavailable
Greets and directs visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable
Provides callers with information such as Kable address, directions of Kable location, Kable fax numbers, Kable website and other related information
Answers questions, in person and by telephone; responds to inquiries from employees, citizens and others and refers, when necessary, to the appropriate person
Ensures that all applicants, re-applicants and those coming in to the office for placement are added to the sign in sheet.
Ensures that applicants present the required IDs before filing out the online application. And acknowledges our ID process.
Assists applicants in filling out application on the tablet when necessary
Checks the database to make certain that all information is entered and completed correctly has been filled out by the associate/applicant completely and properly
Assigns work flows as necessary
Checks drug screen result and make sure that it complies with client’s matrix
Fills out and signs drug screen result report and forwards it to the Account Manager
Scans, renames and uploads files to Staffing System and the SharePoint as needed.
Duplicates and distributes materials
Maintains safe and clean lobby/reception/restroom/orientation area
Handles other duties as may be assigned

D. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent education level
Minimum of 1-year experience in an office setting
