Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent to play a pivotal role in overseeing residential construction projects. You will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control procedures.

Supervise all aspects of the residential construction process, including material procurement, subcontractor management, and crew coordination.

Meticulously maintain a safe work environment and ensure adherence to all safety regulations and building codes.

Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any quality concerns promptly.

Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure clear project understanding and timely issue resolution.

Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily logs, material reports, and quality control records.

Foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among crew members.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction, preferably in the high-end market.

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects from start to finish.

In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in the construction industry.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Proficient in construction software and project management tools.

A valid driver's license.
