Duties include:

Collections from commercial customers (B2B)

Posting cash receipts

Generating weekly reports

High volume of outbound calls to customers

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.

Experience with general ledger posting

Experience with Sage is a huge plus.

Prior experience in construction or HOA is highly desirable.
