Trading Assistant

Complete settlements for distressed and par bank debt trades on both domestic and international levels.

Ensure timely and accurate review of trade confirmations and assignment agreements.

Coordinate necessary internal transfer documents and funding memos.

Demonstrate proficiency in understanding and interpreting underlying Credit Agreements.

Manage the settlement process for private security transactions.

Navigate complex restructurings efficiently and effectively.

Collaborate with the Trading Desk to validate the accuracy of daily trading activities.

Maintain system accuracy regarding various financial transactions such as interest payments, contract rollovers, paydowns, PIK’s, drawdowns, and restructures.

Supervise participations and collateral payments.

Perform quarterly reconciliation and review of P&I cash for specific CLO/Warehouses, working closely with Trustees and Administrators to resolve any discrepancies.

Analyze and evaluate CLO compliance tests for monthly report determination and waterfall distributions.

Resolve trade settlement issues and ensure position accuracy by interacting with external counterparties, agents, trustees, and administrators.

Monitor daily cash reconciliations and address any discrepancies with external parties as necessary.
