The Senior Infrastructure Project Manager will work on a variety of Infrastructure projects such as Disaster Recovery, Active Directory, Decommissioning of software/hardware, Software/Hardware upgrades, Networking, etc. The right person will be able to drive projects, find solutions, manage budget and provide timely updates.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, Risk assessment, manage budget and schedule
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Time Management and Financial Management – managing budget and time of resources
Proactively identify dependencies and challenges and lead project teams and stakeholders to work to resolve them
Manage relationships with internal and external technology and business stakeholders
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously within mixed methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
Draft and manage project documents and reports
Follow-up and follow-through with project issues/risks
Communicate project progress, changes, and challenges at all levels
Assist in aligning resources to the department’s overall resource demands
Requirements:
10+ years’ experience in Infrastructure Project Management
Project plan development, tracking projects to scope, schedule, budget, status reporting, project communications
Solid Financial Acumen and budget management skills
Experience with Agile project management methodologies
Skilled in setting and conveying clear goals and monitors progress
Established and built relationships with customers by providing prompt, personalized, and value-added service
Built strong rapport with stakeholders to influence desired outcome
Experienced in interfacing with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Development and Operations
Detail oriented
PMP Certifications
