LaSalle Network is partnering with a small VC-backed business services company in its search for a President. The President is responsible for the overall strategy, operations and growth of the company. This role will work closely with the founding team to ensure that the company is well-positioned to achieve its aggressive growth goals and objectives.
President Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the overall strategy and vision for the company
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company
Drive growth and revenue generation through the development and execution of effective business development and marketing strategies
Attract, develop and retain top talent by building a culture of high performance and continuous learning
Lead inorganic growth and diligence process for future acquisitions
Manage the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting to stakeholders
President Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
8+ years of leadership experience
Prior P&L ownership
Business development experience a significant plus
Desire and ability to be a hands-on leader
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse group of employees
Experience managing budgets and financial performance metrics
