Ignite your passion for hospitality as a dynamic, luxury Corporate Hospitality Associate
Shift: 8am - 5pm ; Monday - Friday
Compensation: $27/hr
Responsibilities:
- Create unforgettable experiences for clients and end-users, exceeding expectations.
- Manage conference room reservations, setups, and maintenance with precision.
- Handle a high-volume email inbox and ticket requests efficiently.
- Facilitate clear communication with various departments, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Assist clients, handle calls professionally, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the Security team for a warm welcome to visitors.
- Oversee conference room setups, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
- Run end-of-day reports and maintain office essentials.
Requirements:
- Preferred college degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of corporate hospitality/administrative experience.
- Proficient in Outlook and calendar scheduling.
- Positive, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility for potential overtime and strong multitasking abilities.
- Polished appearance suitable for a professional corporate environment.
- Team player with strong time management skills.
