CGS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of PMO with specialized expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate will lead our PMO in driving strategic initiatives, overseeing project portfolios, and ensuring successful ERP implementations. This role requires exceptional leadership, project management, and ERP knowledge to optimize organizational processes and drive business transformation.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO), providing strategic direction, guidance, and oversight to project managers, functional consultants and teams. Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure consistent project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple ERP projects and initiatives, including implementations, migrations, system upgrades, and process improvements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project performance, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.

Provide leadership and support in managing risks, issues, and dependencies across projects, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Ensure effective resource allocation, budget management, and utilization to optimize project outcomes and deliverables.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the PMO and across project teams.

Serve as a subject matter expert on ERP systems, providing guidance, best practices, and insights to support successful implementations and ongoing operations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with ERP vendors, consultants, and other external partners to leverage expertise and resources as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing PMO functions.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Proven track record of successfully managing complex ERP projects including implementations, migrations, upgrades from initiation to completion.

Strong understanding of ERP systems, processes, and methodologies, with hands-on experience in ERP implementation projects (e.g., BlueCherry, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

Fashion Industry experience.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to drive change, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strategic mindset with the ability to align project objectives with broader organizational goals and priorities.

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Salary range: 160-180K
