Description:

Seeking a strong frontend Angular developer with some light backend exposure on the Java side. Ideal candidate will have experience developing frontend components using recent versions of Angular as well as tying back and frontend together.

This is a hybrid role in Dearborn, Michigan. It is long-term, offering medical benefits, 401k, great tech stack, and an excellent work environment.

Responsibilities

Develop user-facing features using Angular framework.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement designs into code.

Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.

Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Troubleshoot and debug applications.

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements

6+ years of experience.

Proficiency in Angular 8+ framework and JavaScript/TypeScript, as well as HTML/CSS.

Exposure to backend Java/Spring services.

Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Knowledge of web standards and best practices.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
