Role:

Turning ideas into actions to deliver customer values

HM aligns TPM’s to initiatives (rather than program level). Must be delivery focused. (end-to-end project delivery)

Initiatives have multiple tech stacks and drive across multiple groups

Initiatives:

Cost Containment with auto-scaling piece (Ruby, GoLang, .NET) – not a new feature

Loyalty Points conversion platform (product driven inititiave)

These are not happening in parallel. Points will finish in July or mid August

Team is currently making company mergers & acquisitions but this person focuses more on platform changes

A lot of reporting and risk management

Keep manager informed of risk statuses

Will absorb into standard meetings and ceremonies

Payment card experience, especially on the Loyalty side is great.

Technical knowledge is needed (not expected to change or deploy code) – strong inclination of SDLC

Delivery focus and independent team management is most important
