About the position
EFFECT Photonics is looking for an experienced – Director PLM Coherent & DSP
We are searching for an experienced professional who identifies opportunities in a competitive global landscape. You will own the business case for our coherent transceiver and DSP products, which include products targeting current 100G and future 800G and 1.6T LR, ZR, and ZR+, including the FEC algorithms needed to achieve those. You will be responsible for driving the products throughout their product lifecycle. In this customer-facing role, you will be the product expert internally and externally.

effectively with Sales, Engineering, SCM, Finance, and Operations.

customers and trade shows to represent the company and the product portfolio
Required / Desired knowledge, skills, and abilities.
The right candidate for the role has a strong background knowledge of the high-tech industry relevant to EFFECT Photonics. You understand the current market dynamics, with a strong focus on Coherent and Digital Signal Processing technology. Because of the customer-facing nature of this role, excellent communication and people skills are a must. You possess the skills to adapt your ‘language’ to your audience, from engineers to top-level executives, from finance to operations professionals.
