Responsibilities:
Develop quantitative index to effectively track and measure business performance
Perform regional business analysis & conduct quarterly business review
Build and develop business forecast models to validate business assumptions
Works with sales to assess and align strategy and solution to achieve the business goals
Influence corporate and align focused segment/application/technology to support the US business
Identify target customer and target market, and field early customer engagement
Conduct regular review of results against plan and drive continuous process improvements
General Sales Supports:
Align with HQ Marketing to ensure region and corporate focuses/initiatives are in-synch
Market research and analysis to support sales engagement, plan and forecast
Identify product gaps and maintain regular HQ communications to support sales requirements
Regional Promotion & Corporate Marketing Related Activities:
Support and carry out corporate sponsored trade shows as needed
Support marketing activities such as editorial sponsorship, press interview, etc
Coordinate and execute regional promotional activities to drive sales leads
Develop competitive pricing and ASP Management for US:
Establish a market pricing methodology leveraging sales feedback and other channels
Provide a regularly updated pricing reference in support of sales engagements
Drive a regional pricing review process and pricing recommendation
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field of study
5+ years of semiconductor industry experience with technical marketing or sales responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to establish and foster relationships both internally and externally
Able to drive performance and consistently deliver on commitments
Able to work across organizations in a high pace, and sometimes ambiguous environment
Must have strong interpersonal skills and like to work in a collaborative environment with team goals
Preferred Qualification:
MBA or business management related training
Prior semiconductor design and roadmap planning experience
Prior foundry demand/supply, pricing, financial modeling and analysis experience
Expert Excel and scripting skills (VBA, Python) to process and analyze large, complex data
