Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Sales Person for IMG. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for interior design and a strong background in sales.

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.

Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Regularly update clients on project progress and new offerings.

Sales Presentations:

Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the company's staging and interior design services.

Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and preferences.

Proposal Development:

Collaborate with the design team to create customized proposals for clients.

Provide detailed and accurate cost estimates and timelines.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Close deals and secure contracts for staging and interior design projects.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Provide insights and recommendations for business growth based on market analysis.

Achieving Sales Targets:

Set and achieve ambitious sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the interior design or related industry.

Strong understanding of interior design concepts and trends.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
