We're on the lookout for a committed Heavy Civil, Paving, and Earthwork Superintendent to join our Houston-based team and play a pivotal role in shaping the region's infrastructure for the future.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee heavy civil paving and earthwork projects, managing all phases of construction from planning to completion.

Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.

Enforce rigorous safety protocols on-site to uphold a secure working environment for all team members.

Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to construction crews, fostering productivity and excellence at every stage of the project.

Maintain effective communication with project owners, engineers, and inspectors to address concerns, resolve issues, and achieve outstanding outcomes.

What You'll Bring:

Extensive experience in heavy civil paving and earthwork construction, with a focus on paving, utilities, or earthworks.

Profound technical expertise in paving and earthwork processes, including grading, excavation, asphalt/concrete paving, or site development.
