Job Title: Cluster PMO Lead - Infrastructure Presales and Solution

Location: Near one of our Capgemini Offices: Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago

Travel: 25%

Job Description:

Chip in to overall PMO initiatives in each cluster for Pre-Sales and Solution Activities

Understand and knowledge in IT Cloud infrastructure.

Proficient in PMO – Process, PMO – Quality, PMO – Change and PMO – Reporting PMO – Finance, PMO – Financial Reporting, PMO – Risk and PMO – Planning.

Work in Matrix organization, Interact with Technology Architects and Sr. Leadership

Develop and maintain strong client and account team relationships.

Accountable for development of detailed project plans and consolidation of project plans within the portfolio

Work with Offshore team in different time zones

Establish, lead and run the Program Management Office (PMO) to support CLUSTERS, ensuring pre-sales and solution activities are defined properly and delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Drive the automation and optimization of systems and process data to enhance efficiency and accuracy across projects.

Lead the PMOs resources, budget, and staffing, finding opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Provide mentorship and leadership to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in project and organizational change, incorporating standard methodologies into PMO operations.

Formal communications (briefings, reports, etc.)

Lead multi-site, multi-vendor efforts including multiple internal and external performing teams, incumbent domain experts, and client collaborators.

Accountable for execution, monitoring and control of project plans, including verification and validation of project work quality.

Accountable for internal and external project progress reporting as prescribed by the Program Management Office

Conduct formal project progress presentations to the client.

Facilitate and document lessons learned for each project.

Evaluate project proposals and offer recommendations for improvement.

Applies refined techniques for identifying, eliminating or containing both technical and business risk.

Works with functional and Managers in ensuring that team members are clocking their time correctly, based on project need.

What you Bring:

Required Skills:

15+ years of project-based work experience, ideally leading presales projects

10+ years of information technology work experience

5+ years of successful business process improvement experience

5+ years of business process mapping experience

Must have strong knowledge of Infrastructure Services, Data Centers, and Cloud.

Proficiency in handling opposing priorities to successful outcomes.

Excellent writing skills

ITIL – V4 Infrastructure Library knowledge preferred.

Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based, collaborative work environment.

Analysis and reporting skills to render information from disparate data.
