Looking for a self-motivated and proactive Project Coordinator to assist with the process of our hotel construction projects
$20 to $25 an hour depending on experience.
Office hours 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the project management team in organizing the project tasks and identifying resources and information to make the project successful.
Duties:
Execute complete and accurate takeoffs and plan reviews for upcoming projects.
Submit RFIs pertaining to missing details discovered during plan reviews.
Obtain applicable construction permitting and licensing for projects.
Assist Project Manager in obtaining multiple bids per scope.
Check incoming bids for accuracy, pricing, completed supplements, etc.
Answer questions regarding plan details.
Communicate and cooperate with city officials and inspectors in a professional manner
Assist in bidding, negotiating, and purchasing construction materials for projects.
Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
