About the Role:

As a Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in the success of our sales team. You'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales consultants through consistent processes to meet or exceed your KPIs. You'll also ensure our customers have a positive and memorable experience at Jim McKay Chevrolet.

You'll be responsible for:

Managing the CRM for sales productivity

Closing deals

Motivating the Sales team

Understanding and training consultants on the McKay Way

Building solid relationships with customers to improve retention

Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving any issues promptly and professionally

Maintaining an upbeat work environment through positive interactions with everyone you encounter

Qualifications:

Proven experience in automotive sales management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members

Excellent organizational and time management skills

A data-driven approach to problem-solving

Passion and a commitment to customer satisfaction

Proficient with Automotive technology (DMS/CRM/DRT)
