Medicaid and Bank Reconciliation Assistant

Job Description

Julian & Grube is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medicaid and Bank Reconciliation Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medicaid billing processes and experience in bank reconciliation. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial records related to Medicaid reimbursements and bank transactions.

Duties include data entry, primarily completing bank reconciliations, and assisting with a variety of projects, including Medicaid agreed upon procedures, using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Skills:

Proven experience in Medicaid billing and bank reconciliation.

Good mathematical skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at once.

Ability to problem solve and work independently.

Advanced skills and experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Capability to communicate well with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.

Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature.
