Engineer - Maintenance

Experience/ Skills-

8 to 10 years of hands on experience of CNC machine maintenance like VMS, SPM and grinding machinery.

Can work independently to diagnoses & repair machines problems.

Candidate should be familiar with precision auto components machine shops.

Can handle the shifts independently.

Proactive spare parts planning to avoid major break downs.

Actions on major and repetitive break downs.

Effective implementation of Preventive Maintenances.

Can maintain machine history cards and ISO-14001,45001 & TS-14949 documents.

Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 45001 & ISO 140001 (ISO 9100).

TPM related Knowledge is must.

Responsibilities -

Break down diagnoses & hands on experience to attend CNC, DMC & grinding machines problems & Audit documents preparation. SAP Knowledge.

Familiar with FANUC, SIEMENS& MITSUBHISHI Controllers, Compressor, DG, Transformer & Power house knowledge also essential.

Attending of all types of breakdowns like CNC, PLC, Hydraulic knowledge & Problem solving ability.

Need to attend Break downs independently, Need to execute Planned maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Up keeping all maintenance documents & can handle the shift independently.

Procurement of Spares, in house repairing, managing of Critical & Consumable spares.

Willing to work in all three shifts, Planning & Execution of all types of Breakdowns.

Qualification- Diploma or BE in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
