Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Produce Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in produce sales, with a strong understanding of supply chain management and market dynamics. The Produce Sales Manager will be responsible for coordinating with state-level Produce Sales Officers, creating market linkages, managing institutional sales, and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with Produce Sales Officers at the state level to ensure efficient selling of produce from Farmer Producer Companies (FPC) and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPO).

· Develop and implement strategies to create market linkages and expand sales channels for our organic produce. Manage institutional sales accounts and develop relationships with key stakeholders.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

· Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and optimize supply chain efficiency.

· Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

· Represent Clover at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field.

· 4-5 years of experience in produce sales, preferably in the organic industry.

· Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships with customers.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
